Hello.
I was wondering if anyone knew a good healing spell for something like bruises or small scratches. My skin bruises easily and scratches easily so this would be greatly appreciated

There isn't going to be a spell that makes bruises and scratches immediately heal and disappear. But there are healing spells that can work with your own body's ability to heal to make things work a bit faster. Look through some of the healing spells in the spell section here and see if you find something that will work for you.

As for bruises, one of the things I use if I get a bad bruise is Arnica cream. It's an herbal ointment that helps with healing bruises. You can generally find it at any pharmacy or health food store.

And here's a link to a site with information on other ways to deal with bruises, even foods to help prevent bruising.

Something like grounding always helps. The earth's energy is healing.

If you’re looking for herbal magick, I just looked in Cunningham’s Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs.

I found a list way too long to post, but a few stood out to me. Rowan berries will be in orange now and you can infuse them into healing incense. Also carrying a piece of the wood of a Rowan tree has protective qualities.

Others of note were garlic and ginseng, mint, cinnamon, apple, flax, thistle, sand Lewis, hemp.

If you’re looking for modern magick- to deal with bruising easily, eat pineapple. Not only is it loaded with vitamin C, it’s rich in Bromelain is a mixture of enzymes found in pineapple. Bromelain can help to reduce the severity of the bruise and reduce inflammation
