Mail Glitch

Hi there! I've been noticing that sometimes the mails I send aren't being sent.

I'm not sure if this is just forgetfullness or is in fact a glitch, but I just wanted to tell the others about it to see if the same's happening elsewhere

Yeah , it happens to me as well sometimes i was pretty sure that i clicked the send button , yet it didn't reach the other side .
