So what is spell casting

To cast a spell is easy it is controlling when not to cast which can be the problem.
In short there are two parts of spell casting, imagining and intent,
How well you imagine controls everything, the more you actively visulise the stronger the spell.
If you can visulise and feel at the same time then you have a spell. But remember you should learn cicles of protection this helps shield unwanted entities out.
Please note the stronger at magic attacks more entities for good or bad.
Just remember defense first then what ever,

This seems to be a very one sided explaination of spell casting. It doesn't do a whole lot to help out those who are stuggling with it.

Spell casting is not always easy. Some people struggle with it for years for various reasons.

Though imagination and visualization are important aspects of spell casting to me, not all can visualize. Some people have to speak out their intentions and the results they desire. Saying that the more you actively visualize the more powerful your spell will be negates the abilities of those who cannot visualize, those who are blind or visually impaired and a slew of other people who don't use visualization in spell crafting.

You made a reference to controlling when not to cast but you didn't get into that in the original post, could you please expand upon that?

Your last two sentences don't make a lot of sense to me. Could you go into more detail?
