Types of Energies

Hi, I have a spell binded stone can converse energy(bad) to other energy(spiritual, psychic,others)
So I wanna know what energies exists in this world, and how they are called.

I could not possibly make a list of what kinds of "energy" exists in terms of magic and spirituality, as it varies greatly according to differing beliefs.

Energy in this context is a very vague and nebulous term, and for good reason. Negative "energy" basically equates to emotional states and such vague concepts as bad luck, malice, anger, sadness, depression, stress and anxiety, and that sort of thing.

Positive energy would be more related to things such as happiness, optimism, determination, forgiveness, and feelings of relief from negative aspects.

As for the stone which converts between types of energy, think of it in terms of transmutation: It would be something related, so anger transmutes to joy. A grudge against someone transmutes to forgiveness. That sort of thing.
