Hello everyone! Hope all is well. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like what I have been having problems with and how they were able to get past it? I have tried several times to gather, feel, use energy with absolutely no results. Its li I blank out if I even try. I cant think about it for long without feeling like Im all of the sudden thinking about something else and forget what I was doing. Is this normal?
This might be caused by stress you're experiencing or if something is impacting you emotionally. Often when we have impactful situations going on in our lives, we find our minds are jumping all over the place. When this happens to myself or someone in my life, I recommend meditation, exercise, or to acknowledge whatever thought pops in their mind and see if it's something they can work on or finish to stop the intrusive thoughts
