With a lot of places on shut down now the time to try something new from within the home. If you still have Internet connection then there is a lot of things you can do. Maybe look at learning a new language, pick up drawing if theres paper and pen around, learn something for your craft. Possible try and fix something around the house if you know how to do it, work on mediation, shielding and grounding if they are areas that you have trouble with.

If there's something you don't like. Now, is the time to see what else you may like. Be creative. If you are good in the garden and you have some seeds in your home them maybe work on a flower garden, try and keep in contact with family or people that live in your street and tell them that if you need help you yourself may be able to help. Mediation is handle in this time, use this time to get to know yourself and go within.

I'd avoid listening to the news regards the corona virus too much. Do what you can to stay healthy and safe, yes but all in all the news is rather depressing in and of itself.

If you enjoy watching Netflix there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to continue to enjoy it.

As for cancellations they are going to be happening. You may not be able to skate right now, but you can still do some physical activities and you may want to. Physical activity is proven to reduce depression, so it could help. Even if it's only going for a 30 minute walk.

As DragonEarth suggested you can also find things you enjoy doing inside.

As for cleaning do what you can when you can. Try and tidy a little everyday. You don't have to clear the whole place in one day. Do what you can daily.

My best to you at this time. Stay safe.

Tell yourself you're awesome and you're in charge of your life. Don't make excuses (I know, it's hard... no that's just an excuse) it cab be difficult, you just need to reverse the commentary from negative to positive and then your brain will reshape it's self

The streets are empty, take a walk in the park, go for a jog, meditate. Do whatever you feel is beat for your mental health.

Meditate, go for a walk, watch television! All of that helps, but meditation can definitely help. I meditate whenever I don't feel the best. If you like watching Netflix, go for that.
