Myths and entities.

I did some research revolving entities, Ouija boards, and summoning.

I just want to point out that using an Ouija board does not summon evil or demonic spirits by itself. If one seems to be there, the higher chances are that the entity was there to begin with. Unless, of course you summoned them first.

You try to call someone long enough though and eventually someone is going to pick up the phone. There are plenty of cases of kids messing around with them and eventually something shows up that they weren't banking on.
