As powerful as you want. Depends on how much energy you want to use!

What do you mean by "normal Wiccans not like me"?

You should only put as much power into a casting as is neccesary for the desired. One's magic does not become more powerful by forcing more energy into it. If you want more effective casting layer your spell with more symbolism and intent and the message will become clear.
