Poppets Correspondences

This is a quick poppet preparation and correspondence list I've written. It comes from my personal book and is something I've written up off the top of my head.

Materials one can use for poppet stuffing:
.Old clothes
. Cattails- Matured
.Cotton balls
. Craft supply store stuffing

To consecrate poppets

Smudging with sage or another such fragrance can be done to consecrate your poppets. Placing in salt is another way to consecrate poppets for use.

Herbal Fillers:

Love

Rosemary, rose petals, vanilla, lavender.

Broken Heart

Combination of bleeding hearts and chamomile to soothe a broken heart- may substitute rose or rosemary for bleeding hearts.
