Hypothyroidsm

I was wondering if there is a spell that can help with lessening the symptoms of hypothyroidism? Or certain ingredients like herbs I could use in one? I know magic cant cure it but just as a little remedy.

Interestingly I just read a pdf pertaining specifically to this. Particularly herbs relating to hypothyroidism, I could send it to you in a message if you'd like.

If you want to go the herbal route you might want to see a Naturopath first as they are trained in medical herbology. And be sure to coordinate any herbs you take with any medicines your endocrinologist might have you taking so you don't end up with the two methods of treatment interfering with each other. Herbs can be great, but they do require a bit of knowledge before they can be used safely.

There's a good article on foods to avoid and alternative treatments to help your symptons at https://www.webmd.com/women/features/low-thyroid-alternative-therapy#1

I have to wait 4 weeks before I can get an artificial thyroid medication. I will look more into that specialist.

Sunfood brand Shilajit is what i use instead of full dose of synthetic thyroid hormone i was prescribed.

i am not doctor, but i do not need synthetic hormone.

they prescribed me 220mcg levothyroxine over ten years ago based on my blood work.

the main element that thyroid uses is iodine. using pink himalayan salt in your diet will help a lot

Waytamer, it is very risky and dangerous to assume that what worked for you will work for others. And it is a really bad idea to advise that someone else simply ignore the recommendations of their physician. While it is possible that dietary supplements might work, any such treatment should be discussed with one's physician... not with random strangers on an internet site.

i'm not a doctor but i know what has worked for me.

that does not imply i recommend this advice over a doctors.

I only meant to answer the original question as thoroughly as possible to my own experience.

Hello, my adopted sister has gone through hypothyroidism. Was your case caused by a medication called Lithium? If it is, magic cannot do very much. You would have to talk to both your endocrinologist and your medication provider to see options.
