Telekinesis~practice

Hi, i'm interesting to learn casting telekinesis, i'm new to this, i believe to magic i have show it done and i want to succeed, can you recommend me some way?

Kinesis in this form aren't real.

We aren't able to move objects with our mind as telekinesis is meant to, and there have been many studies on this and no one has been able to prove its existance.

Any type of kinesis is fake. There are spells on here on the topic, but anyone under council position can add any spells, keeping in mind that Spell Casters is open to anyone... You see where this goes.
