How to post spells

I have been looking around the site trying to find a way to either submit or upload a spell, if there is any way to do this let me know

You need to be in a coven under the ' Council ' position or higher, to be able to post a spell. Spell Casters coven will automatically place you under Council, therefor you are free to add your spells.
