Binaural beats
By:
Hope the week as been good to you all! I’m looking for binaural beats that will help me focus and eliminate the background noise in my head as I meditate. Specifically, what waves should I be listening to for remote viewing, AP, Pathwalking, and Journeying?

I do not practice anything with binaural beats. Their effectiveness is no different than using white noise, rain, 'nature sounds,' or basically any sort of background music.

The vast majority of claims related to binaural beats cannot be proven at any level to be more effective than meditation itself, or the passive use of basically any sound source.

That said, there is no harm in using binaural beats, and if you believe they help, then by all means use them.

As for the question of what helps with concentration specifically, some 'experts' in the field will suggest that only alpha wave binaural beats will help concentrations. Some others will insist that only theta binaural beats will help concentration.

So basically, find some which you think is easy to listen to without being distracted, and have at it.

Mermaid: Listening to music will not turn you into anything.
