Book Of Shadows

Don't know if anyone has asked this or started a thread, but I was wondering if anyone else keeps The Seals of Solomon in their book of shadows. I'm just starting all of this out and I'm writing down the seals into my BoS and I wanted to know if I was the only one to do this or not. If anyone else does and is more experienced with all of this, could you hmu? I'm kind of looking for a mentor on my path.
