Binding an entity

Hello, I read somewhere that it's possible to bind some kind of an entity for a purpose of healing severe depression. Doing google search didn't reveal much concerning that matter which makes me believe that time of magick is much more than LOA or something similar. If anyone has any information on that matter, please let me know. Every treatment, including therapy, meds, LOA and magick spells have failed. It actually upgraded my depression to severe so at this point there's not much to lose.
