Job spell additions

I need to do a job spell soon and would like any input, tips, ingredients, methods, etc. that someone else might use and why. I need big success more than ever, and am wondering if I should do the spell one night then follow up each day or night with a little more intent. Do you think to keep adding to it for a few days after will help it happen faster, or would it matter once the bulk has been done?
So far I've got spell candles for attracting wealth and empowerment, and have added wealth attracting things for the needs of daily life around my home. I have been focusing on my skills and strengths.

What am I missing since a job also requires another person to favorably notice and pick you? Should I just add good luck hopes where I can? I don't want to manipulate someone into hiring, I want them to chose so.

Make a shrine of a related deities and give daily offerings and prayers. If you are respectful enough, its possible they will notice you and assist you.

Create a Mojo or grisgris bag, or multiple! place these in your home, and carry them on yourself.

Preform these spells on the proper days and moon phases related to your goal, For careers and success, you would want to preform these on a Thursday or Sunday, under a New, Full, or Waxing Moon. The full moon is when your power will be the fullest. Take advantage of this! The New moon is a great time for new beginnings. And the Waxing Moon is a time for growth and expansion. If you would like to repeat spells, do one on the full moon, one on the new moon, and one on a waxing phase.

Hang special herbs and plants in your home that help with wishes. Such as sunflower. Make charms and wear them or keep them in your home.

Try some yoga and meditation daily to keep yourself calm, focused, and spiritually connected.
