I find that the best place to start is in the mundane. Exa.ine your habits and your priorities. If you are tired and unfocused then it is a signal that you are overtaxing yourself. If you constantly wear out your bodyand mind it becomes difficult to keep attention on spirit and intuition.
Adequate rest and nutrition are really important. And rest doesn't just mean sleep. The mind needs downtime. An occasional period of stillness to recharge. Spend some time- even an hour or two- in a natural setting at least once or twice a week. Be it your own garden, a city park, or sitting beside a downtown fountain. Barring all else put on a zen music cd and draw swirls in a plate of sand. Anything that lets you be still and relaxed.
Mentally it gives your mind a chance to slow down and decompress. It also opens up creative thought and gives you some time to be self-reflective. Physically, having an occasional period of deliberate calm gives the adrenals a chance to rest as well. Reducing the stress hormones floating around in the body is important. Especially in an age of constant environmental stimulation, broken sleep patterns, and habitual chemical stimulants to keep us awake and moving when our body should be resting.
If you are finding you have too much to do and not enough day to do it in,then it is time to trim off the exess. It might mean trimming back how much time you spend doing certain things, but making time for yourself and your health is an important thing to be mindful of.

From what you said it sounds like you already know the answer to your situation and that Spirit76 is correct. Stress is your current issue and it is causing a block. Meditation, letting your mind rest, and even enjoying some relaxing non-mental straining activity(fiction book, tv, movie, video game, etc...) could help. You need to rest both your body and mind. If you could I'd suggest taking some time off if your job is that stressful but as it is I'm sure on your off time you can find time to relax. Just listen to some music, get comfortable, and try not to worry about anything for a few hours. Once your mind is more at ease and rested then your talents will likely come back on their own given time. If not then you can focus on meditation, chakras, etc..but above all I suggest some much needed rest.

Moonstone helps align the energies and amethyst is a calming stone. I know that doing mundane things like not working as much and relaxing help more than anything, but typically in my family when we overwork ourselves it's because we have to keep going and keep going to keep ourselves afloat, and we have no room to rest. If you dont have the room for much rest then I suggest wearing these stones on your person. If you do, make sure to cleanse them at least every few weeks.
