If you mean elemental spells, as in controlling the elements, and body spells as in physical transformation, you will be nothing but disappointed in the lack of results. Neither works.
The elements are used more as an archetypal representation of characteristics. Yes: They may be associated with entities in specific traditions, and they are represented by their physical counterparts. But the understanding comes from the fact that in practice, the elements are symbolic rather than literal.
Body transformation spells simply will not work. If you are looking towards magic to help with a realistic goal, such as weight loss or athletic improvement, then the internal (emotional and subconscious, and deeper if you work hard enough) changes can help towards realizing a goal. But no spell or ritual will cause instant changes. Magic will also not cause you to become anything you are not already, which is human. It cannot change or grow appendages, or alter DNA.
So what do you suggest, amd what type of spells should I do? And anyways, by body spells I don't mean completely transformation but like hair growth spell, get taller spell. And the weight loss spell worked for me, after decreasing my height, also unrealistic but it happened in this way. I was dissapointed in myself for doing spells without thinking of consequences. So any easy spells you would recommend me?

Doing magic is not about what is easy; it is about what is needed in life. Many traditions focus more on internal development rather than affecting external circumstances.
Hair growth spells are often written to trick the gullible into believing them in two ways: By either insisting that the hair is wet with the ingredients -- wet hair appears longer -- or by saying that the hair will be longer after some significant time, after which hair will have grown. And never forget the power of suggestion. This is the basis upon which many believe glamours are based: They convince themselves that a beauty spell makes them somehow more attractive, so they behave with more confidence, for example, which projects a more positive and inviting character.
Growing taller is the same: It is more based on suggestion. If the spell insists on measuring height before bed, then again in the morning, it relies on the likelihood the person who falls for there being a height spell does not know that the spine compresses during the day, and relaxes while sleeping, so yes: A person is taller in the morning than in the evening.
Weight loss spells are just as much a scam. People's weight fluctuates frequently. It is why medical professionals insist people stop obsessing over exact numbers on a scale. We all eat and drink (in which act we gain weight), poo and pee, sweat, lose moisture through our breath, et cetera. Very few people are dedicated enough to maintain an exacting enough diet and other habits to have the exact weight at all times, and there is little point in doing so. The small change in weight is used often to convince people a spell cast for a greater difference is indeed taking place. Again, it is using the power of suggestion.
Spells do not work that way what so ever and never will.
"Spells", "witchcraft" is simply a way of not manipulating energy but fitting your energy out there to reach a realistic and common goal.
For example, to do a "Spell"/goal, you do not need fancy candles, incense, altars, and other fancy techniques. These are simply tools to help control and send your energy where you want. Its a way to help you focus. Therefore we can do a spell by simply thinking it. Though uncommonly that. Will not happen. A spell/goal is achieved by will, desire, and energy. Without any of these no spell will be achieved.
Spells can not make a flight of fantasy happen. For example, you can NOT change you deoxyribonucleicacid (DNA) also known as "genes,"genetic material". You can not ride a flying broom stick or do anything that is simply unrealistic.
Magic/goal/craft/spells are not instant either. For example you need money. Your will for money is desperate as you are in rough debt. You attempt a money spell you are more likely to come into money though you STILL have to apply yourself. Money is not going to poof out of the air into your hands NOR are you just going to find it on the side of the road. You still work for it but your chance is increased towards making it as you have sent that energy and intent out into the universe. It takes time for that energy to develop and take effect.
So overall a spell is a common natural and realistic goal simply by willpower, desire, and intent. Once you have set this spell/goal out, it is your job to wait. And still work for that
This spell will NEVER make money or a raise. It will boost your confidence to work harder wich your boss MAY notice and give you a raise. Therefore you become boosted with confidence to make the change you need.
So mainly all spells do exist to a extent besides
Supernatural, fluff, fantasy spells.
I hope this has helped you enough and if you have anymore questions feel free to always message me have a good day
Thank you so much for explaining me in such a brief way. Have a good day too. And anyways, look doing spells towards realastic goals also doesn't work. Anyways, if spells are only for realastic goals then elemental spells, vampirism and werewolf don't work? But it did worked for some people. And many people out there have some of these abilities. So what do you think about it? :)

Spells that claim to turn you into anything such as a werewolf, vampire, mermaid or other fantasy creature do nolt work at all. That's why they are in the fantasy section on here - they are not real. And anyone who claims that they have turned themselves into such creatures is either lying or they are deluded.
If you're serious about learning how to do magic and with starting from the rock-bottom then you don't start out by casting spells, you start out by learning how and why magic works.
You see, there is no such thing as an "easy" spell or a "beginner" spell. One either understands how magic works and has mastered the basics...in which case the magic will work..or you haven't done that sort of work..and no spell will work no matter how "easy" it seems.
Casting a successful spell involves much more than finding some spell on the internet or in a book, saying some words, lighting a candle, waving a wand of any of that sort of thing. In order for magic to work you need to understand how and why it works in the first place. Grounding and centering, visualization, focus and intent, energy manipulation, etc are all necessary first steps to even begin to have a chance at a spell actually working...and more importantly to prevent a spell from back-firing on you.
So, my advice for anyone who is truly serious is to start by reading a few books and practicing the exercises those books will give you. Once you have mastered the basics you won't need anyone to give you spells, you'll be able to create your own spells that will be far more effective than anything you find on the net. Here's the books I suggest:
"Before You Cast a Spell" by Carl McColman "Spells and How They Work" by Janet and Stewart Farrar "The Veil's Edge" by Willow Polson "Modern Magick" by Donald Michael Kraig
And the following links in this thread will also help you learn the basic skills necessary for effective spellwork.
