Recurring Nightmare

Ive been having this extremely vivid nightmare lately. No body I ask can really completely interpret it. There was a bear and a scorpion. The dream was almost completely in black and white, with an occasional random splash of color that did not match the object pictured. The bear was smoking a cigarette and the scorpion was drinking a beer. A powerful evil witch showed up out of thin air, stepped on the scorpion, screamed, and cut off the bear's head. The wizard then proceeded to take the bear's cigarette and inflict burns on my back, while whipping me with a riding cop. Then plunged her athame into my heart and laughed over top of my dying body. The dream fades to black, and I wake up. Unable to move, completely paralyzed in my bed. I see shadows moving in the corner, whispering unintelligibly. one of the shadows begins to move closer to my bed, speaking louder and louder until they are screaming in my ear, "DIE! DIE! DIE! YOU WILL KNOW NOTHING EXCEPT DARKNESS AND DESPAIR!" Then I woke up a second time, in control of my body this time. Every time I have the dream, the shadows get closer and scream louder, almost to the point of sounding like a banshee. I'm scared to find out what happens when they reach me...someone...please help me...

Ok well the shadows are hallucinations caused by sleep paralysis. Thats when you wake up and can't move. And seeing shadows and hearing voices in this case is quite common forum what I've read. And the nightmare well... that's just weird and I would do a spell to help me find awnsers on that. Or many go to a sleep doctor guy?
I mean it could be a curse or you could be haunted. Maby u made a spirit mad.mtry hi ring an offering in the house or a cleansing. But it's probobly just a regular nightmare.
