if someone put on you the spell you can do many thing.
start with Rub your hands- that will give you the power of fire and protection cause it is give you awareness.
protect yourself with protection spell and technique.

if you cast a spell just reverse it.
you can call upon your spell-assistant and tell them return.
also, you can cast a Spell against.
