spirt guide or demon?

So me and my friend wendy has been talking and there some to be a curse / spell on me and it seems to have to do with this blue stone necklance i use for readings i always thoght it was my spirt guide in it but she says its a demon. Could someone please help me im scared to throw it out and idk what to do please help!

You should have an exorcist done on it maybe.

Have you considered a cleansing spell for negative energy?

It may just be congested with energy. Try cleansing it and putting a protection or positivity charm on it.

You can burn white sage in the spaces you spend most of the time into, sweeping out what may affect your energy. Doing some cleansing will help as well, as suggester by the others.
