Tobacco is a protection herb. You do not need to inhale/smoke it to reap the benefits of the smoke. It does not kill your spirit energy, however it may lower it. Many who smoke have a ciggerret to help ground themselves after magical practice.

yeah i was just wondering like i dont smoke it alot i have only smoked once since strating magic cuz i heard it really does damge to your spirit energy but i didnt see to big of a diference so its not really going to matter if i do or not is what everyone is saying?
