OK, so let' say you cast a spell and you somehow automatically know exactly where she is at that moment (that's not how magic works, by the way, but we're pretending here). Then what? All that setup and effort, time, and you know where she is that moment.

How will you find her some time later? How will you know if she is there when you go to wherever that is to find her?

There are better options.

Do you know her name? Then social media is a good place to start. You may easily find her, if she has a public profile. Social media is so prolific, she likely has an account on one of the popular sites, if not more than one.
Then it's as simple as sending a message.

Magic may not fix everything.
