Look up into the sky at dusk as the stars begin to come out. When you see the first star then chant these words:

I wish I may, I wish I might

Have the wish I wish tonight.

The spell I posted certainly can work if the person who is casting it understands how and why magic works and has mastered the necessary skills to make a spell work.

Spells are nothing more than words. A spell is not inherently magic. The magic is in the person...not the words they speak.
