i really really want to astral project to the ocean is there any way i can astral project to a place i want to be?:O

Yes it is the easiest way to astral project. All you must do is have a clear picture of where you wish to go and will yourself to do it...this will get you there the fastest.

Hey, is astral projection where you can like go 'out-of-body' and explore the world around you without leaving the room your in? and if it is, how exactly do you do it?

Yes astral projection is an out of body experience. Your physical body stays where it is but your spiritual self leaves and can go anywhere. However if you have never attempted astral projection, then start out slowly. You must focus and have a strong will to want to astral project. Start by picturing yourself looking down upon your physical body in your room. At first there is a strong pull for your spiritual self to return to your body ...this is normal. Make sure you leave at least 24 hours in between each projection when you first start, this gives your body time to get reaquainted so to speak.
