Also if you were focusing your energy you could have produced heat through manipulating energy. Whenever I work my hands will get significantly warmer and my body in general is rather warm. I doubt she is pranking you.

What Taizer says is true. Its called thermal regulation, its just a practice that many humans don't do anymore. Anyone who tells you its fake hasn't research well enough. Thermal regulation is often considered a myth by people who think its magic but the US army does it. that's how their special ops can retain normal human temperature in the cold. It truly is a "super power" all humans have, its just something many people ignore, so although you aren't the only one with it, you would still be special if you mastered it.

Charles, you may believe anything you wish to believe. But it will not necessarily be true! Nobody says you are a fake for believing something. But anyone with any sense may say that the belief is not true. Many a young girl believes that they can become a mermaid. But it will not be true!

I'm just going to point out that there is a guy who has gotten the hang of thermal control to such a degree that he went up Everest in boxer shorts. True story, no belief required.

Science has nothing to do with mermaids. Anyone with an understanding of science would know that thermal regulation is not a psionic or magical belief but instead its a real thing.

I provided the link to the guy who went to Mount Everest.

What I'm trying to say is that its not magical Daniel. It's a normal scientific thing we have. If you really want to know more you can mail me or Taizar. I'm sure one of us can help you harness your natural gift.

Ah yes, William Hoff, the Ice Man. He is a prime example of fine mental control thermal regulation, and has been scientifically and empirically proven in a lab setting that he (and those who've learned his method) can control their metabolism and even their immune system response to a low degree.

The Wim Hoff method is pretty much a variation of the Tomi meditation from the east. It is essentially breathing large breaths quickly and controlled to raise the body temp, and essentially hyper ventilate. It's very effective, and I use it myself.

Nothing says results than being able to go running in an Alaskan winter in just shoes and shorts for a few miles.

Exactly, and he's also living proof that just because something is "impossible" to some people, it isn't necessarily for everyone :)
