Well, I know a techhnique, if that could help.

Whatever that's happening to you at the moment, you take a piece of rope or string, usually you'd have to braid the string to do this technique, and imagine what the spell is causing you, and slowly, unravel the string/rope. Imagine the effects of the spell melting away as you unravel a loop each time. Feel free to even say what you want, such as "The spell that was woven for me shall be undone, such as.the loops of this cord." I would imagine this could help.
