Shadow People

Recently I found a spell for summoning the raw power of the Norse God Loki. Thing was, it was designed for a tattoo. After I translated it I read that damned thing...accidentally...out loud. Yes I know, unless you mean it never do that...bad bad bad boy Cain. Yes, I gave myself this lecture so skip it. Thing is, saying it out loud shouldn't have done anything since it was meant for infusing into one's body rather than to take effect through the spoken word.
My problem is this, a few days later I started noticing shadows out of the corners of my eyes and then one morning (I had been awake for hours so it wasn't sleep still messing with my eyes) I looked up to see the full form of a body in what appears to be a trench coat and large crescent moon shaped horns (yes I know, the actual Norse God does not look like this, this is the silhouette of Loki from the Marvel movies but that's what he looked like) passing back and forth on the other side of the room. When it seemed to have noticed that I was aware of I being there, it looked at me, it indeed turned it's head. It was 3 dimensional and not appearing "flat" like most shadow people often do. It looked at me for over a minute and then faded away when my cat came down the stairs.
I would like to know is if I somehow managed to summon the actual god by accident...the spell wasn't even meant to summon the actual god, just his power.

So what's going on in my house, any ideas?

Gods can do anything they want to do to humans. Sometimes they rape our minds and use our memories to toy with us and have their servants act as a piece in the games they want to see played. I'm not familiar with Loki, and his sphere of act and behavior, but it sounds like he/she or his godly servants took advantage of your mishap summonings. Sometimes anger out of inappropriate summoning can do this to gods and goddesses alike.

I'd recommend battling this god with another god or preferably a goddess with a compassionate sphere (for safety of your home...and your entertainment...Loki used you for entertainment so turn the tables.)
I suggest Hera, Greek goddess of passion, love, marriage...she's a motherly figure and will gladly protect you. Avoid pacts wit any gods...they're not like bets with your everyday human companions.

First off, never summon a god like that. Don't summon a god at all, in fact.

It's always in your best interest to be respectful and ask them.

Second of all it's most likely Loki was just tricking you. Don't take it to seriously. Loki does that.

Thirdly, it might have not been Loki at all.

To what Winterleaf said:

Don't do that. Don't battle one god with another. That sounds silly and utterly stupid.

If Loki is angry with you, apologize to him.

Shadow generally show up in a place where there is a lot of negativity or spirituality, or when there is something bigger and badder. It sounds to me like you're a very spiritual person, do the best thing to do is just do a small banishing act. Shadow people, in my experience, are completely neutral beings, but they're similar to parasites, in that they feed off of whatever they can. Just do a banishing and all should be well.

I actually had a similar issue. I lived at my ex boyfriends for a while, and it was over our summer break from school, I was the only one in his house during the day, other than his dog. There was a brick wall in his back yard. I would sit outside on his laptop for a while, and every day at the same time I would see a seven foot shadow figure walk through a wall in the living room that went to his bathroom. My boyfriend was at summer school while this happened. After that things got worse. I tried astral projection for the first time and was snapped back into my body. A few months later we were sitting out side eating dinner and I noticed his empty soda can slide across the table, there was no wind or anything to cause this. But then it shook like someone had their hand on it. We both saw this. And we went inside to talk about it. When we went back outside I got sick instantly with a fever. Then during halloween, I had my friend over, and by that time I had already experiensed other things. Such as something pinning me down at night and moving across my covers while his dog was sleeping with him. There was something in his house, but my friend also felt that too. We could feel something gripping our chests. He heard cries for help on halloween, oddly shortly after we did a Oujia board thing. We did that to figure out what was there. Well, not long after that I saw a shadow figure again go into his parents room, my boyfriend and I both saw white orbs in his hallway, he and I both had nightmares as well. Since then I started sensing things. I moved out after we broke up, and moved out.

say your sorry ask him to leave offer him something but with my knowledge of Loki (which is very little so take it with a grain of salt) he seems like the kind of god that would love to mess with people

I rather like winterleaf's advice. I would apologize first and if that doesn't work well, often times one Deity is put up against another. Usually people use God or Jesus, but any deity is really fine if it will do the job.

I would definitely offer an apology. This sounds a lot like he's messing with you to get his kicks. Thank him for responding to your call. Apologize for wasting his time. Offer him a treat and ask that he be on his way. Just let yourselves laugh about it, tell him what a good prank that was and how scared you were, you know fluff his godly ego, he likes that. (Sorry I have a very open and sarcastic relationship with Loki, he is my best friends patron god and she brings him to every circle and we just pick on each other constantly.)
