teleportation/jumping

is there a spell to help me teleport to anywhere i want to in the world just by looking at a picture? the reason im asking this is because while i was on holiday in scotland i saw the irish guy he just smurked at me then vanished, i wasnt asleep!!!! but any way yea is there a way to learn this ability?

um cyrus there no possible way that happened.well i there is a way but it takes like massive amounts of energy. what u probly say was the dude throw a cloaking spell or something like it and just walked slightly curved and fast and that what makes u think he telepoted

Wasn't one of the "jumpers" irish off of the movie "Jumpers"??? Sorry, but your story sounds a little nutty. Though I guess anythings possible. Lucky you for seeing something amazing.
