Help with shadow people

I made that comment because they ARE dangeous. It is pretty hard to ignore something pulling at your hair and hovering over your body. I am also an empath and I feel their energy without a choice.

I have done that too why is it that no one has a story of successfully removing them

i have done my research and figured it out, the shadow people are spirits that have been corrupt and broken, or tried to tamper with souls and/or dark energy, that spell you did opened your mind to them allowing you to see them, your not haunted, only able to see, but in doing so i found something else, there are two kinds of this dark energy, pure and impure, the impure is the more common kind, corruption by what people see as dark and evil, but the pure kind is rare, it stretches beyond walls of light and dark and goes into a pure state, the impure kinds can be banished but the pure is easier to,

I had something like this in a house I lived in once. It showed up when we remodeled. Overwhelmed me with alternating feelings of fear and depression when I saw it. Eventually I had to take the power back from it. When it appeared before me I swallowed down the fear, the need to run and stepped closer, told it I wasn't afraid. Forced myself not to be. Telling it to leave, return from whence it came because it was no longer welcome. It was terrifying, but overcoming it and confronting it over and over again through a few days worked.

Sounds like what I have been going through the last couple of years I have gone into major depression because of it it's quite unbelievable. I have been searching left n right for sources but no solutions yet.

Anyone has found any solution? It's sorta attached to my head or and chest or body.

I believe it is a jinn and it's sent by a couple of sorcerers in the family whom I have had major dispute with.

Shadow People as a rule are harmless but on occasion you may come across one that is slightly more malicious than average.
From my research, I have discovered that anything from a prayer, to a sharply said rebuttal can help.
If you feel that it is getting too close simply look in its direction, and say with conviction.
"I call upon you to leave."
You may, if you wish pepper this with the name of deities of light such as Amaterasu or Ra.
A good spell may work too.
