I'm new and need answers

I'm new to this site and I'm not sure how things work so please help and don't make fun of me. I'm not sure what kind of magic I want to practice. I'm interested in weather and elements, winter mostly. I also love nightmares. I need spells for these, or something. Also, I've got a staff, but I've got no idea how channel my energy through it, and stuff like that. Please help a newbie. No hate. Thanks and sorry if this doesn't make any sense.

idk but meditations good for energy channeling and stuff also luck spells are easy but if you need more help go to live chat its what I do.
