help in Shadow magic

Please I am new I would love to study shadow magic so I need an expect to guide me through and any information will be helpful

The closest I've seen to 'shadow magick' is shadow self work, which is a psychological practice to incorporate the darker parts of the personality into the whole self. Lots of stuff on balance and psychological health in that subject (not to be confused with mental disorders, as that is a very different topic).

You may wish to ignore anything with the suffix of kinesis, as you cannot control anything physically without physical energy. If you want to look into physically manipulating shadows, take a lighting class. If you're looking for spirit work, then a lot more people can help you out. If you're looking simply to incorporate more darkness into your practice, then read up on different cultures and the practices within to find what might suit you.
