Need help meditating

I know that for certain spells you have to meditate but I can't seem to do it. Every time I try I can't do it. It's not just with meditating, its also become difficult for me to read auras. It as though a invisible hand stops me. Any help?

When you meditate, try not to have anything on your mind. If you are thinking about the spell and worrying if the spell is going to work or not, you can't exactly meditate. Sometimes you just need to practice, or just meditate on a daily basis.

Sounds like you may be blocked. Try opening and aligning your chakras. It should help. For meditation, there is one on here to clear the mind and rest the body called Relaxation (or Relaxing, can't remember) Meditation. Its pretty easy and is from Hatha Yoga. Its one I put up under another account. Give it a good try, as it really works. BB
