1- a change in your personal energy might have something to do with that, check if your aura looks different

The Spell would be the most logical answer. Also is it any old building & object or was their something more to the buildings & objects history. Yes. I can not go near old cemetaries. I get . . . for lack of better terms, a rush of lightheadedness and weakness. I use to just assume it was because I was creeped out but Nothing really scares me anymore and it still happens.
