Meditation

A great way to prepare for a spell is to meditate. A basic meditation technique is to sit with your legs crosses, close your eyes, for a circle with your index finger and thumb, and him. While you do this, visualize that you are levitating in the position you are now, being cleansed of negative energies. Imagine a light flowing through you body while all the negative and dirty charges ooze out of every orfice of your body. Take approximately 5 minutes to do this and your spells will most likely work and maybe have a higher potency. You can do all different types if meditations for different things. If you would like to know them, comment or message me. Blessed be.

This is a very funny post and it reminds me of something that I can't stress enough:

First of all sitting down and deliberately meditating with the goal in mind to meditate is not necessar to cast spells. Oh my gosh I really just said that.
What helps with spells is being focused which includes paying attention to your sensory perception and emotions. Achieving this alone can serve as the meditation many of you are taught to be absolutely without question required. Without focusing your body and mind you don't typically focus the energy that you'd need to cast a spell as efficiently as you could. Sometimes, coincidentally your sporadic thoughts and feelings serve perfectly for the goal in mind so there's not really a difference. However, that's uncommon.

Meditation for casual practice is very subjective, go with what works best for you to achieve the mindset you need to. There are no specific meditative techniques required for every individual practicing casual or personalized magic.
