rain spells

ive came up with a spell that is intended to create a storm,ive tryed it and it work. now over the past few months ive seen the effect lessen. what is happening?

Have you meditated lately? Because if you don't meditate sometimes you can become drained and you magic is some what weakened.

There is no possible spell that can create a storm. You cant create or control weather.

Spells can not control the weather but it can influence it. You can increase the chances of a storm but you cannot go and magically create one. If the conditions are right you could go and cast a spell to influence one to come. These spells normally require time and most importantly patience.

Oxygen is right no spell can control the weather, you may be able to influence it a bit or you are praying for it to rain the next day but that is about it. No spell can control the weather.

No spells here can cause a storm. But yea, it can influence it. You cannot control storms or water. Hope this helps!
