my spells doesn't work

Hi i am 13 years old and i know not much about magick and i want to learn things like how to cast a spell and how to use and make a wand so is anybody there that can teach my how i want to learn.
1=how to make a wand
2=how to use a wand
3=how to cast a spell
and thats it
and i dont know if i need to do a ritual or something to become a wizard.
