All of the Covens are the best. Look for one that fits with your beliefs and practices. Get to know the members through chat and forum posts or mail. Join the coven that you feel comfortable with the members.

I would second Nichiren's recommendation. Look through the covens for one that includes things that interest you, then check out posts by that coven's leaders and members to see if they are people that you trust to help you and give you good information. What one person is looking for in a coven may be very different from what you're looking for, so there is no one "best" coven.
