magick Trainee

Im just a novice, I dont know If I have magic but, why do I have a strange feeling that when I do conjure magick my hands or the other parts of my body heats up??And whenever I cast luck spell it dont work, I think Im not in the proper metal condition or just not in the mood.And I believe in reincarnation. there are many more I like to say but this is it for now.. Pls answer me
