Question spritual animal

My spirit animal is one of the strongest ones. Dragon. I found him from my bro telling me that i sleeptalk about dragons CONSTANTLY.

how do i know my spiritual animal?

I suggest using what I consider to be the best tool at your disposal. Meditation. If you meditate and focus yourself on your animal spirit guide, it should come through.

You are correct in not to discarded nonsense for sence is not always true and someone who is insane can make more sence than a sane person.

When I see someone saying they have a spirit animal most of the time it comes off as an arbitrary decision; whether it is an animal that they wish they had the qualities of or an animal that has similar qualities to them. Change is certain, personalities change. If the idea of a spirit animal restricts one's mental/spiritual evolution then I would consider bad. If one tries to grasp on something seemingly permanent in a sea of change then only suffering is found.
