No. Those particular type of spirits and others like them were never human to start with and live on an entirely different plane of existence, though they can travel to this one on occasion (not necessarily Djinn but other spirits and entities.)

You are born 100% human and nothing else. That can't be altered.

sorry, it's fictional, you're 100% human. although, there are people who have an animal spirit, they don't transform, they just have a strong connection to their animal. also i believe they're that animal in the astral plane, but they're human, not part werewolf, or part lycan, or whatever, it's spiritual. same goes with psi vampires, you are human.

truthfully, half breeds aren't unheard of. the "Mugharribbun" are the offspring of jinn/human.

It isn't possible, but do note that most (if not all) people have a spirit animal or two.
