Tingling...?

So, Recently I began trying to astral project and when I try I begin to have this weird tingling feeling take over. Everytime this feeling starts I automatically move my body because I'm not use to the feeling.. And it freaks me out a little.

Is that normal? And if so what does it mean?

The tingling is a good thing. It means you are close to actually getting your astral body out of your physical. Don't worry, it's perfectly normal.

As said the tingling is good, so long as its over your entire body. If its only in one hand or leg then it's probably best to move it as its trapped in an awkward position but a sense of tingling/vibrating throughout your body means that you've almost done it. The hard part is pushing through that feeling which only really comes as you grow used to it.

Tingling during such a psychical event which could very
much change your state of mind, could simply be from your
change in consciousness, or astral forces attracted to
yourself, or both. The answer though primarily lies in
the nerves which are acted upon mentally and psychicly.

The tingling is most likely the VB, or vibrational stage. It is a good sign, as everyone else on this thread has said. It means you are very close to astral projecting.
