A sunshine spell

I was working and it was raining...i had to work outside too :(
Soooooo...i came up with a spell to call on a sunshine...i never did a spell to affect the weather cus i like to let the nature have her way...but this time i had to work in rain and i REALLY didn't like it...so i chanted this:

bring me warmth
bring me light
bring sunshine to my sight
the skies are clear
no clouds to see
let the sun shine on me
so may it be!

It kept raining for another hour...maybe more but then it stopped raining...there were still clouds but no rain...the next day the sun was shining very bright and now it's very hot outside.
did my spell work? or did the weather just cleared up on its own?
i would like to beleve that my spell worked...then this would be my first succsessful weather spell :D
