any idea?

umm.. i'm still new here and kinda need some help. i think someone putting some evil spell on my family (and i know who's doing it) and i dunno what to do.
Last month, in the middle of night. i feel something press very hard on my shoulders and it hurts so much. This happen twice during my stay in the college ( i was alone, and my roomates slept in other room). Another problem (not anymore i guess), since last year i've been having nightmares almost everynight until one night i woke up and saw a pair of red eyes and then i dont remember what happened after that. (oh god... my english sux) after the incident, i dont have any nightmares anymore (at least until now) . Do you guys have any idea about it? (sorry for my bad english)
