I have seen some casting spells with all kinds of ingredence, and candles and things, but what if you dont have the ingridence for a spell you want to cast,can you still cast it and isnt casting spells mainly ones belief that the spell will work ? Sorry if this is a dumb question but i believe that candles and stuff can make a spell stronger but i also believe that as long as one believes totaly that spell can be sent with just as much energy and power. Please all the input you can give me would be great, sorry im kinda new
You could try. All you would have to do is rewrite the spell to suit your particular situation.
Belief is a big part of it, but you still need to be familiar with your basics. Also remember that even if you do know your basics there is no guarantee that your spell will work. Practice makes perfect.
You don't necessarily need candles and things like that, but a lot of people use them because it helps them better focus on their spell, ritual, etc. It's a matter of personal preference and belief. If you want to use them ad feel they help you in spell casting then use them, if not then don't.

the ingredients give a special form to the spell and a particular energy... They are representative... And especially the candles have a meaning and a great effect on the spell... There are simple chants though but it's not like the rituals.... Rituals are supported even from scientists... They say that a ritual can affect a magnetic field and make things happen! so yes they are important
You don't need ingredients in spell work. All ingredients do is help focus the intent. You can improvise or just use your imagination. They aren't a must.
